What a gorgeous, thought provoking, roller coaster of emotions book. I found the writing very comparable with John McGahern's style - which I adore and never fails to stir emotions within me. This is a very original book , however, and the twist at the end was quite a surprise. I definitely want to read some more of this author's work. In fact... I want to reread this almost immediately !
