This was my first experience with Mr John Green, and it was fantastic. I feel like I devoured it. It made me think and it made laugh.

I liked the beginning and the end but it got really draggy in the middle. I really should not have read The Fault in Our Stars first, I think all of John Green's older stuff is suffering by comparison because that was so so good.

This was my 3rd book by Green, and I must say it did not affect me the way his others have. I usually love his character development and storylines. As someone who has been out of high school "for a while", I think that might be a big reason that I didn't seem to get absorbed into this story as much as The Fault in Our Stars and An Abundance of Katherines. The popularity and bullying (secondary) plot lines are not something too relatable to me.
