This is a book that I avoided reading for the longest time because of all the hype behind it. When I saw it was coming out as a Tom Hanks movie, I finally broke down and read it.
Light entertaining read, with enough excitement and a requirement that you have great ability to suspend disbelief.
I have no great urge to read another Dan Brown book.
