What Members Thought
I sometimes read books just because I see characters in movies or tv shows reading them. That was the reason I read the Bell Jar (10 Things I Hate About You) and the reason I read On the Road (Buffy the Vampire Slayer).
I don’t regret reading On the Road but I cannot sit here and gush about its brilliance. None of the characters are likeable and are rather cruel and useless. There are much better books out there about journeys that I would rather spend my time on.

I think I would have enjoyed this book a lot more 50 years ago - I should have read it when I was a teenager!
