What Members Thought

This book was so evocative of childhood. It takes place decades before my own childhood, as World War I is coming to an end, but the sensory details, emotional intensity and connection, or disconnection with people feels completely true to my experience. It reminded of moments, sensual and emotional that I had forgotten. So glad I read it.
