Call me a great literacy lost-cause.
Seriously, I don't get what's so great about this book. There was no point. Random family members making appearance every-now-and-then. Plus some stuff about New England life in the 1800s. The beginning of the book had me all exciting, thinking about supernaturals and ghosts. Then they disappeared, not to be seen again (at least not by the time I called it quit.)
