What Members Thought

A magnificent story, quite unusual I would say, written by George Sanders. The numerous narrators made the plot to be fragmented in some way but the story didn't loose its track of events narrated by them.

A book as much to admired as enjoyed. It explores themes of love, loss and regret. It is told in a unique third person style with quotes from various authors and narration from a variety of spirits sharing the bardo with the recently dead Willie.
I found myself skimming sections and often became impatient with the lack of a plot.
