What Members Thought
I loved Gaiman's Neverwhere, but I did it as an audiobook, with his wonderful reading. I'm thinking that was an aberration for me. Not sure I'd like this one even with Gaiman reading it. Gaiman writes well, but while I was reading this, I kept thinking it was a waste of his talent. I got about 2/3 of the way through before throwing in the towel.

This was a powerful and entertaining story of great imagination. The basic structure revolves around the premise that the worship, belief, or observance of rituals relating to gods, pixies, faeries, etc. generates and maintains their presence in the real world and a parallel world.
