I already knew I would enjoy this series before I started it. There are just some authors that click for me, and Halle is one of them. And this is a darker, grittier, and yet more realistic side of Karina Halle than her Experiment in Terror series. But no less exciting, just different.

The Artists Trilogy was one of the series on my tippety-top TBR list so I started reading the first three books in preparation for Bold Tricks' release! Each of those books were phenomenal !! Karina Halle is one of my favorite authors and the conclusion to this series was one the most anticipated books of the year for me. I couldn't help wondering how she would end it all. I'm a bit disappointed.
I expected more. I felt as if the characters we met in this final book were the total opposites of the characters in book one. I know that characters grow and change, but it just felt weird and unusual. In addition to this, I know Javier is a bad guy but I felt like KH was laying it on reall ...more

An incredible end to a truly unique series. I am so sad that it's all over, but I loved every step of the journey!

The best thing about this book was definitely the ending. That Epilogue was absolute perfection. I loved it.

It was action packed from start to finish.

I think that by the end of this book I realised that I do actually really like Ellie, and I am so happy for her and the life she ended up having. There were still moments where I wanted to slap some sense into her, but overall she' ...more

Bold tricks in the unforgettable ending to a very unique thrilling ride.
Karina hale really knows how to spin a tale.... One of second chances, finding love a second time and atoning ones sins..........courage bravado determination and will power all rolled into this action packed roller coaster ride. Awwww, it's over.
Wow, this book takes off where the last one ended. And boy did it take off! Action from the get go and really never stopped.

A little sad that this was the end, but really had no idea how it would end. What a ride! I'm sure there is still story out there, but I liked where this ended.
