My favorite ghost hunters have return to make another installment for their Experiment in Terror video blog. They embark on a trip to a haunted old leper colony in British Columbia, Canada, where forty Chinese lepers were left to rot, die and bury each other.
The banter between Perry and Dex was at an all time high:

He looked terrified, to say the least, but he stood his ground. "No, we have to go back, Perry."
"We have to go back? What the f*ck, this isn't an episode of Lost, Dex!"
I'm thinking, inviting Dex and Perry to your dinner party would probably be both the best and worst idea you could ever come up with.
Mr. Random Guest 1 (MRG1): I had the most interesting day at work today....

OMG! This book! Definitely starting to get into Dex and Perry! I can’t seem to stop reading! And when I’m not reading about them, I’m thinking about them! There’s something so incredibly addictive about these books! They’re different! I know they’re in the “horror” category, or at least I think they are, but to me these books are more paranormal than anything else. And gosh, it’s soooooo good! There’s romance, there’s things that scare the fuck out of you, there’s feels and angst! I’m FEELING IT

I don't even have the words to explain the variety of emotions this book brought out in me. I was terrified, humored, full of love, and a lot of the time pissed off. This was by far the scariest that I've read yet, and I know it isn't going to remain that way.

What the f*ck did I just read?
It's official. I'm on board the crazy EIT train.
True to the promise of others, the story really gets exciting after books 1 and 2. While I enjoyed Darkhouse and Red Fox, I didn't get that feeling of must-read-next-book-NOW. The first book was a great introduction to the series while the ending of the second book had me feeling anxious about what's to come. They were like a subtle kind of seduction. Then I started Dead Sky Morning and BAM!!! Before I knew it, I was ...more

Holy cow I love this series!! I'm so hooked and am even wanting to put off hot new releases that I've been dying to read in order to stay with Perry and Dex. Of course, I've already started the next, because let's face it, I'm a tiny bit obsessed with this series.

First of all, I'd like to say THANKS to all my fellow GR friends who encouraged me to keep reading this series even though at times I had doubts.
Dead Sky Morning was AWESOME. I can see why people liked this one, and I wished it was the first book (plot wise). I'm also starting to see Dex in a different light. I'm still not completely sold on him yet. (view spoiler) . I can see his appeal, he can be sweet when wants to. But, I can't get the ima ...more

5 Stars. In my opinion, the best novel in the Experiment in Terror series to this point, Dead Sky Morning seriously creeped me out. I was absolutely scared for Dex and Perry! Not only is the ghost factor off the charts, but Dex and Perry become so mentally unstable in this book! Karina Halle included some fabulous interaction between Dex and Perry in this novel. Readers learn some dark secrets that both Dex and Perry have buried in their pasts, as well. Congrats to Karina Halle for writing such

At points of the book I was anxiously waiting something to happen and then left waiting (still stomping my foot in a tantrum). I was caught gasping at the intensity of the storyline and even fearful for what was about to happen next.

It scared the hell out of me, got so frustrated with the sexual tension but it is still ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I have ever read. Perry and Dex are officially my favorite book couple, Loved them both. Perry's thoughts are so entertaining and DECLAN IS JUST AWESOME "You’re petite, have a tiny waist, a fantastic rack, a devastating ass…"
