Okey dokey then...I was already addicted to the series after book two. Honestly, books one and two got four stars from me, but I wanted to give them five just because I think my subconscious could feel the awesome-ness leaking from future books. Those two just built the tension, set the stage, and left me wanting more.

D'ARCY ISLAND

Are you ready for your adventure? Beautiful island isn't it?

Another 3.5 Stars from me!

Okay, so this one was definitely the creepiest so far!

* I loved seeing Perry and Dex spending some time together outside of their show. Getting to know each other and having some fun... But even that was a little strange. I mean, he took her to a strip club and bought her a lap dance. What the hell was that about?

* I thought the story of Mary and the Reverend was great.

* Am I crazy? I think I kind of liked Dex more when he was off the meds... LOL

I loved this one! Each book in this series is better than the one before it! Dead Sky Morning really freaked me out. I spent two nights staring at the shadows on my walls and sweating under my covers for fear of ghost hands raising up to drag me off my bed. I should tell you how much of a chicken I am, but still, I lost a lot of sleep over this one. I love all the mystery and suspense in this series. The sexual tension is killing me. I just want Dex and Perry to get together already. What is up ...more

Panicked, frantic, nervous, shaky, scared, horrified, amused, sad... All these adjectives apply to how I felt throughout different parts of this book. This series is like crack and I can't get enough! I love Perry and I just want her to be happy with herself and her life. We see some growth but there's still a long way for her to go.
