I'm still trying to wrap my head around what I've read. This book was absolutely fantastic!
I can only hope my review can give it the justice it deserves.

I am extremely conflicted about this book. Maybe spoilers, tread carefully.

First the good:

-The entire idea of this novel was unique and interesting. The plot was addicting and the entire premise of the novel just sucked me right in.
-It was a fast moving book. Flashbacks added to the story without over doing it, there wasn't senseless detail, and every scene was crucial to the plot.
-I liked the characters. They were very distinguished.
-The writing style was beautiful!

I have loved J.M. Darhower other books, but no matter how many times I picked this one up and tried to like it, I could not connect or get into the story. When I bought this book, I was so excited to start reading it. I love paranormals with angels and demons and especially stories where the angel falls for the demon. However, this one was not for me.
