“I’m fine,” when they really mean, “I want to cut your balls off with a butcher knife.”
OMG! Where has this book been all my life? This was such a fun read; I am thoroughly entertained. I laughed, a lot. I couldn’t keep the constant grin off my face, except those times where I would inwardly groan and say to myself, “Oh, no you did not just do that?!” – Which I said multiple times. I mean that’s what you get when you read a story from a strictly male perspective.

This book has been plastered all over my news feed for weeks now and everyone was raving about how amazing it is. Then when I read the synopsis, I knew I just had to read it! A whole book from a male's POV? Yes, please.
That was one of my favourite things about this book, being inside Drew's head. He's such a brilliant character. Is he perfect? Hell no! He's egotistical, annoying and a bit gross at times too. LOL.

This was definitely one very funny and interesting read.
Drew was like:
You are so beautiful and you take my breath away
Just give me a chance to show you how much I love you.But Kathe was like -
Stay away from me
I'm done with you, you had your chance but you blew it. And he was like - stay with me, I promise I will never lie to you again till the day I die.

Just give me another chance.

And she was like - Nooo, I don't believe you . We are over.
And he was

This book was such a different book and even though the hero was a major jerk I still ended up liking. It is narrated in the first POV by Drew the hero, who is a major ladies man and thinks the world of himself and then the heroine Kate walks into his life. She doesn't melt over him, challenges him, fights with him and is engaged to another man. It was hilarious the whole I have the flu situation and how he goes about winning her back.

Before I read this book there were so many glowing reviews about it, plus it kept popping up continuously on my home page, so I shoved everything aside and read it. I had very high expectations before reading this and Emma Chase lived up to each and every one of them. Wow! I still can't believe this is her debut novel. Emma Chase please don't switch careers. I enjoyed EVERY minute I spent reading this book. I never thought I would enjoy reading a book from only a male POV, but Drew is such a cha

Bloody brilliant!
Let me start by saying that I honestly cannot recall reading a book where the book starts from a male's point-of-view. Sure, I've read books where the male's point-of-view is like a follow-up book in the series or where it is intertwined between the chapters of the book, but for it to be solely starting out a series from a man's prospective, fan-fucking-tastic!

I want to play you a song, but I can't play the guitar but I can hire someone to play and sing something in my place. And they can follow you around until you forgive me.
The musicians didn't work out, but maybe the balloons will.
A romantic dinner then, no one can resist my cooking and all the flowers and good music.
- Then I will redecorate my office to show you that you will always have a place in my life - I'm not going anywhere and I'm not letting you go.
- I knew you wanted to be with me. I'm just fabulous
