I didn't know what to expect going into this one, but I'm so glad I took a chance on it.

I loved Rule and Shaw. They were great characters. They were both battling some hard won demons, but managed to stay so appealing.

Rule is a hot bad boy. In some ways he reminded me of Brian from Rock Me. Tattoos artist, piercings, totally determined to live life in his own terms.

Jenny: It really does pain me to do this Gitte, but I’m afraid I have to start this review with the obvious and mention the editing of this book. I really did love this story and the characters, especially Rule himself, and it truly is such a shame more attention wasn’t paid to the editing.

So I had just finished reading Beauty from Pain, by Georgia Cates, and at the end of her Book was a sneak peek at RULE, By Jay Crownover. I had seen it before and considered getting it to read, so having the sneak peek was a great opportunity to decide if I wanted to buy it or not.
Well I instantly bought it after reading what I read. (Even though I had already purchased another book to start)

Ok now I liked this book the spelling mistakes drove me bonkers though, I had to re-read sentences to figure out what word was missing or mis-spelt or sentences that just made no sense at all. But honestly that shouldn't stop you from reading the book because this book is so much more then that, the stuff that the characters have to over come is crazy, how Rule has to learn so many life lessons and Shaw has to learn to just be herself, how the both overcome their differences and just make everyt ...more

Thank God this was a good story because the misspellings and grammatical errors were HORRIBLE! There was no possible way to overlook it. I loved the story and had it been properly edited it would have earned 5 *, so if you can get past that - ENJOY!
