What an incredibly powerful, extremely intense and eloquently written story.
The subject matter touched in this book is dark. It's raw. It will make you cry and want to hold your daughters when you are finished. At least, I know I do. As I was reading this book, I felt such an array of emotions. At one point, I even wanted to stop reading it altogether, but I persevered. I'm so glad I continued with the story.

I never really connected with the characters. It wasn't the writing, it was me. I felt I was too old for this book. I thought Brooke was very immature for being 18. I would read another book by this author. This book was just ok for me.

This was amazing!! What a great story and not predictable at all!!! I loved it though some of it was sad and hard to read at times. Well done!!
Definitely a must read. This was a really great book.
