Wow!!! What to say!!! I am on a book high!! This book was wonderful. I devoured it in one sitting and couldn't get enough of the words that followed on each of the pages. I was concerned with the content of this book that there wouldn't be a hea however there was and it was a good one. Although this book was short it didn't feel rushed at all. It was well written and the story flowed seamlessly. A must read!!!!

This may be a short read, but let me just say that what it lacks in length it more than makes up for in content. The fact that this is a novella does not impact one bit on the depth and emotional pull of this story.

Classic Mari Carr. This was a truly heartwarming story of lifelong best friends who finally acknowledge that they are more then just friends. Loved every word. I'm always amazed (though I shouldn't be anymore) at how much emotion Ms. Carr can pack into such a short book. I loved Zoey - she was such a great character - so real and Robbie - wow, talk about the perfect guy.

Short and simple but breathtakingly beautiful nonetheless!
I cried, smiled and swooned. Rob's devotion to Zoey was out of this world. He stood by her every hard and downright painful step of the way. He never faltered and never stopped being exactly what Zoey needed. They defined the term "soul-mates".
I loved the wine girls!! They brought some good, light humor to the story and had me laughing out loud.
My only complaint is that it was really short. That being said, the story did take off immed ...more

I don't claim this to be one-of-the-best-book-evah but GAHH! I can't help it. It really liked it. Maybe I'm biased and all but I think it's one of those books read at the right time. I realized I needed this right now.
I started this half thinking this will be another typical contemporary romance full of fluffs & clichés expecting nothing more, nothing less. Lately I rate adult contemporary reads not more than 4 stars because even if how long the story drags, I still find it very predictable and ...more
This was just okay for me. After reading all the other positive reviews, I expected a lot more than what I ended up with. It just sort of felt empty to me and I couldn't connect with the characters at all. It was a very quick read, but I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone.
