I am very conflicted with this book. Because the last 100 pages kinda prevents you from doing anything but pick up the next one STAT... yet the rest felt like watching a Ghost Whisperer episode.

Or what I imagine an episode of that show would be like as I never watched it. Partly because I'm not a big fan of JLH's own Danger and Will Robinsons and, as I've recently discovered, anywhere else other than TV, procedurals are kind of a chore to dig into. This book has me totally entranced with Charlie Daniels. Not only is she headstrong but she is funny and has heart. I love her banter with Ubie, Cookie, Reyes, and Garret. The girl is snarky and thoughtful and boy this book is also steamy.

I have been wanting to read this one forever and I was not dissapointed!!! I loved it so much! Charley is so funny and lovable she is awesome!! The sexy and mysterious reyes! I just hope in the next book there is more of them together!! loved it!!
