4 "I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt" stars
Gah. I'm having a really hard time rating this. I did like the story, but there were a bunch of things that really bothered me. I'm guessing/hopping that they will be resolved/addressed in the next book, but at this point they're just hanging out there. At the same time, if this was just the first half of a book, I wouldn't be bothered by it, if it got addressed later. Makes me wish I had waited just a little while longer to read this so I ...more
What? I gave this 4 stars!
I am gonna mull this over for a bit.

Review up! 2nd read, Feb. 2025
I still like Blaire and Rush, and it still didn't need to be 3 books. LOL

Well that was a heck of a way to end the first book and rip my heart out for one of the characters. Geeeeeshhhhhhhh!!
Blaire has just lost her mother, there is no one left for her, except her father whom she hasn't seen in five years. She shows up at his door step to find he is off with his wife and won't be back for a few weeks. Rush, Grant, and Nan are her new step siblings and they aren't sure they are glad to have Blaire in their life's. Rush is the son of a famous Rock Star and whose home s ...more

Yeah, I liked this book A LOT. So much in fact that I think it is a MUST for me to start reading more books by Abbi Glines. This was my first book by her and boy, have I´ve been missing out. This had everything I am looking for in a book. A sexy hero with a capital S. A likable heroine, some steamy moments and a good plot. And of course, a big revelation followed by some angst. SQUEE!!
Talk. We are going to talk first. I want to see you smile and laugh. I want to know what your favorite show...more

Before re-reading
Abbi Glines has been one of my absolutely favorite authors since the day I read the first book in Sea Breeze series. I've read almost every book she's ever written (there are some books in the Existence trilogy I haven't read yet...) and I've loved, loved, loved every single one of them. I know that some say her books are kind of the same, but I've yet to grow tired of them.
I also love the step-siblings story line. Abbi had actually managed to throw together everyt ...more

I LOVE this book!!!!! It was wonderful. The characters were amazing. I LOVE Blaire as the main character and same with Rush. I thought from the beginning that I wouldn't like Woods but I liked him a lot too. Same with Bethy. Nan is bitter and unpleasant and though it makes sense why I still don't like her. I really can't wait for the next book because this one captured my attention and I didn't want it to end. I couldn't put it down and read it all in one day. I wish I didn't because now I mis

I absolutely love Abbi Glines. No, seriously, I do! That woman knows how to tell a story. She draws me in from the very first word and plays with my emotions until the very end. She really outdid herself with Fallen Too Far. In my opinion, it’s her best book yet.
I honestly don’t even know where to start to express what I think about this book. So I decided I would use some of Abbi’s words and phrases from Fallen Too Far that I think perfectly describe this book. And, yes, if you must kno ...more

I actually really enjoyed most of this book. I'm never sure how I'm going to feel while beginning a new Abbi Glines book. I loved Breathe, but absolutely loathed "Because of Low." One major thing that's been consistent through all of her books, is that the heroin is usually a little too dependent on the men in their lives. That is until "Fallen Too Far." Blair was an amazing girl. She was strong, and independent, and kind and sweet as can be. She relied on herself only, and stuck true to her val

What the hell am I going to do until March?!! That's WAY too long to find out what happens next! Okay, but besides that I LOVED this book!!! I read it all in one long sitting. It kept me excited to keep turning page after page. Rush is super hot and is totally my kind of book boyfriend (despite the piercings). Blaire isn't my favorite, but she won me over when she pulled her gun out! As always my favorite part is when they get it on, and this book did not disappoint. This is the 4th book I've re
