My mind has just been totally and utterly mind fucked! This book went above and beyond anything I imagined. I’m not even sure I should write a review in my state. First thought after I finished the book, “I don’t think my heart can handle book #2″, then I immediately went to Amazon and got book #2. Damn me and my lack of self preservation!

Where to start, where to start...

This book tested my patience in many ways. I couldn't relate to Tony's thinking and ways of acting but neither could I relate to Claire's thinking and behaviour. Since this isn't a short read, it made it tedious at times.

I was annoyed with this book more times than I cared to count. When I started to put the pieces together, I knew the why but for a long time that still didn't prepare for what was to happen.

11-9-2013Update-- I just finished the series and had to demote this one to 4 stars because for one I was reminded how overly descriptive the author was a little too much. And also after reading Truth and Convicted, this one just wasnt up to par with 2 and 3.

All I can say is HOLY SHIT!!! and WTF!!!

This book is so disturbing, a psychological thriller. I just can’t stop reading it… I re-read it even… Does that make me twisted?! I’m not sure... but, what the hell?! It was mind boggling, kept me at the edge of my seat. If I’m a nail-biter I would have done it! This book made me sad, angry, happy and troubled – mixed of emotions to the max! This is like me while reading it...
