WOW!! AMAZING! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE STORY!
I’ll be honest I read book 1 and really liked it and left me curious to continue the series but at the same time I was anticipating to be blown away like a lot of my friends when it comes to the series...... But this book! THIS BOOK!! This one did it for me!
This book starts about 200 years after the first book and then recounts back to around the end of the first book onwards. And that’s about what I’ll say about plot, especially if you are reading this ...more

Claire really dampened my enjoyment of this story, so I cannot give it 5 stars. Where I thought she was silly in Outlander, she is downright horrible in Dragonfly in Amber. I just can't with that woman. As long as she's good to Jamie, I tolerate her. But more often than not, she is wrecking him and breaking his heart completely.
