Well, Kendare certainly upped the ante! Girl of Nightmares was certainly not for the weak stomached.

Anna has started haunting Cas in hopes to communicate with him and Cas will stop at nothing to help save her from whatever hell she's trapped in. The lengths he goes to and the love and devotion he feels for Anna is awe-inspiring. He's strong and brave, and can do anything he sets his mind to no matter how many people doubt him.

The ending was as satisfactory as you could get with a ghost story. Es ...more

Bittersweet ending that I totally did NOT see coming! I'm happy for Anna, really, but poor Cas! (At least he got closure...)

Urgh, I'm so torn! In a way, the ending was perfect, but at the same time I'm so frustrated!

...I say there should be a third book. ;) ...more
