A unique and fun fun fun read! September is a fabulous character and is accompanied by a group of interesting beings, all critters and wondrous people I love. The world building is beyond incredible...so many times I sat up and said, "WHOA."

A girl who wishes for more finds everything on the journey of a lifetime.

I was disappointed with this book since based upon the description I was really looking forward to reading it. While there are some whimsical parts and characters, the majority of the book is boring for the most part and unlikable in others.

I was not a fan of the authors writing style. Nor was I a fan of the general story. Most of the characters are annoying, the plot seemed to both meander and crash about in odd ways. Certain aspects of the “lore” were ridiculous and annoying. All in all I didn’t like this book and it was very difficult to read.

Such a delightful breath of fresh air. I absolutely adored this novel, and I believe listening to it (it was read by the author herself) gave it a more personal touch. Ms. Valente is a wonderful narrator, weaving such a beautifully imaginative story that all ages can enjoy.
