This is an excellent heartwarming and humorous book. I have been wanting to read this since forever. Heartwarming and beautiful. This is a tale that makes you appreciate life!

Loved it. Nice story, amazing characters. Likely I will read more books by this author.
This was such an easy book to become quickly vested in. Ove is a 59 year old man who is so grumpy and angry with the world at large. I think we have all known someone like him who is judgmental, angry, grief stricken, he holds a grudge, yet he's reliable, knowledgeable, can easily make repairs and he is willing to do so, well grudgingly. He is not a people person but he helps others in so many ways.

This book crept up on me. I initially didn’t like it, but it got better and better until I found myself crying at the end. Excellent character development and storytelling. Highly recommend.
