"The Anchor is the Key" is a good book with a solid storyline and an intriguing main character. Celeste is portrayed as level-headed and extremely likeable, and seems very much like a real person. I would have liked a description of her, as I read the whole book imagining a very large senior citizen, only to find out Celeste is only a size 14 and in her 40s.

I am torn about what to write in this review. The Anchor is the Key is potentially a good book, for these reasons: 1. Celeste is an interesting and unique character. 2. There are lots of details about the business of being a psychic. The author either knows a lot about this from personal experience, or did a lot of research. 3. The mystery was entertaining, with plenty of suspects. 4. The aspect of information and misinformation from the spirit world added a unique aspect to the story. BUT...and
