Okay, hear me out... It wasn't as bad as City of Ashes, but the whole book is unnecessary.
It's such a long book to only read about Jace's 10th identity crisis, how much he is in love with Clary and Alex jealousy stupid tantrum. I probably wouldn't have read it if I wasn't listening to the audiobook (which btw is 12 HOURS LONG!) and there wasn't enough of my girl Izzy...
BUT…
I give it 3 starts for the nostalgia. This book were my everything in high school

I was not expecting the ending. It was a cliff hanger and was not at all like the tv show. I am not sure if I like it, but I love the difference.
