At first I found it rather hard to get into the book as the plot did not start developing until about half way through the book. However when the action began, I couldn't put it down! The plot twist at the end was very unexpected but it worked.
I must admit, I found the character of Nora to be rather annoying at times as she was unnecessarily reckless for most of the major events.

I was recommended this book by a frieds and like I always do looked at the cover as thought nah this is gonna be rubbish!! The blurb didn't seem to intriguing to make me want to read it... But as I read on I managed I read this book in a day it was amazing and so interesting!! I love how instead of vampires it was angels good and bad. The romance thought the book couldn't be improved definatly one of my favourite books after the the amazing works J K Rowling :D

This is the 2nd time I've read this, and for me to re-read something...that's saying ALOT! It's by no means original and Nora was kind of mediocre (she wasn't my favorite heroine but she was far from the worst). When I'm writing a bad review I can't seem to stop the words from coming, but when I'm writing a good one there seem to be no words to describe it. I'm usually pretty easy to please when it comes to books, so if you aren't you may seek a more opinions but I just got sucked in to the stor

I enjoyed this book but with all the hype I thought I would like it more. Patch is a decent bad boy but Nora was not as strong a lead character as I was hoping. The writing flowed well and I read the whole book wanting to keep going no matter how late it was. I will read the next books in the series hoping that the next books will have me connecting to the characters more. I think that I am giving it 3 stars because I feel let down from all the hype.
the story had potential but the way it's constructed reminded me too much of the Twilight saga.Still they are some good and exciting moments.
