4.5 stars. Unusual and unique, it’s hard to describe this book. Incredibly memorable, insightful and funny, it is about war and trying to make sense of something that is probably nonsensical. I’ve never read anything else like it. It lost half a star only because it petered off at the end.
This book does away with traditional convention dealing with complex themes in a restrospective space-time continuum. Hard to classify and hard to put down.
