The author should have thrown the dice to see whether it was a good idea or not to write this book; 35/36 options should have been no.
2.5 stars. A really good idea. A man lets a dice dictate what he does, destroying his sense of self. When I first read this 18 years ago I enjoyed it much more than I did this time. I think it was because despite the idea being good, it was far too long, self referential, and for some reason, parts of it just seemed perverse.
