if you’re a socialist or communist don’t waste your time on this historical revisionist nonsense. if you’re a liberal anti communist or a trotskyist you’ll probably love it
an amazing book that really opened my eyes to a multitude of misconceptions I held about historic events. It can be a bit dry sounding in places, but Eric provides an extensive view of what was happening in a certain time in different areas like Art, Science, Economics that sets the stage for how things happened the way they did, highly recommended
