What Members Thought
Ryan has some good stuff in here. I was particularly interested in how he tracked Jesse Jackson's 84 and 88 campaigns, to the rise of Bernie Sanders, to AOC's election in 2018. And to counterbalance all of those things, he presented some great antagonists in Chicago politicians, Bill Clinton, Rahm Emmanuel, and Nancy Pelosi. There's a real tug of war going on and he makes it obvious not only which side he's on, but what all of America should be.
