I'm typically wary of books that have blurbs from politicans and celebrities who say things like "Wonderful" or "This amazing book will change your life." But in this rare instance, I find myself agreeing with Hillary Clinton and Elton John. I remember Hari got a lot of shit on Twitter over arguing that antidepressant medications are one of the least effective interventions we can make into depression and anxiety.
