Such an emotional book!
"It's funny how when people change, you forget the way they used to be."
A lot of things happened on this sequel. It was a whirlwind of romance, angst, family drama and uncertainties. I'm glad that this did not suffer from Middle Book Syndrome and that it answered a lot of questions from the first book. It took me on a journey to find more about the history of part-angels and Clara's family.

As much as I like Tucker, I hate him. (actually, strike that: I DON'T LIKE HIM.) I'm a Christian girl, and I want Tuck out of the picture. It's pretty obvious that their relationship won't work (secrets, powers, the horrors!!!), and Christina is obviously Clara's soul-mate-sent-from-heaven thing, so WHY AREN'T THEY TOGETHER????? Geez.
