Cursed the day they were born because they were twins, both Obaseki and Ndoro should have been killed. Their father, who wished to have a son more than anything, ordered the death of one of the boys. At great risk to the twins’ mother, Shani, and her two servants, Ndoro and Obaseki were rescued and taken to the village of their grandfather.
