Difficult to rate this collection. The first and last stories, Howard's "The Shadow of the Vulture" and Dyalhis's "The Sea-Witch", are imaginative and memorable page-turners. Williamson's were-Lovecraftian "Wolves of Darkness" is memorable too, because it's so goddamn bad you'll never forget wasting brain power to finish it.
