First of all, apologies to anyone and everyone who has read 'The Last Dragon Slayer' and its sequels. I know the 5th book in the series, 'The Temple of the Mad God' seems to be taking forever, but it's long, it's complicated and I really want it to be awesome. Also, 'The Witcher'.
I'll be honest the primary impediment to my writing hasn't been 'The Last Wish'. It's broadly speaking, been Open University SK320, 'Public Health and Infectious Diseases' and 'The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt' on Xbox One. ...more

I nearly finished this one when I was playing the Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings a couple of years back, but for some reason I didn't. Not sure why. The format's a little odd; it's more of a collection of frame story -> flashback story -> repeat than a single-narrative novel. I don't know the original publishing history. It wouldn't surprise me if this is a result of the various stories having been published separately at one time and then cobbled together. But then again, I wouldn't be surprised
