This book was ridiculously addicting. I cannot remember the last time I picture a character as vividly as I did Sand Dan Glotka. Wow. About to start on book 3. I'll be sad when this trilogy ends.

This may be my favorite of the series. It introduces my favorite characters and reveals how complex the larger story is while still being character driven. It's a fine balance to walk and does it well.
