I am usually very reluctant to giving all but the most classic must re-reads 5 tars in fiction, but I thoroughly enjoyed this enough to go all out. Twisted, brutal, and an extremely dark sense of humor.
Great book. This is not your typical revenge tail. The consequences of revenge and betrayal are portrayed quite well. I'll be reading and recommending Joe Abercrombie's books in the future.

A great, fantasy Kill Bill! And fairly stand-alone, or at least it can be. There are references and characters from the preceding trilogy which are fun, but not necessary for the story.
