This is a bonus issue of Tales From the Magician’s Skull. Included is “The Way of Serpents” by Howard Andrew Jones, an excellent short story featuring Hanuvar (with illustrations by Michael Wilson). The rest of the issue consists of essays about Sword & Sorcery that were originally published as updates during the first Kickstarter for the magazine. The essays are a worthwhile read.
