The first story, 'The Crystal Stair', by husband & wife Charles Coleman Finlay and Rae Carson Finlay (also writing as Rae Carson) is split into two parts, the first part is in this issue.
A very classic feeling fantasy story about a woman trapped in a harem of a cursed emperor. I thought it had kind of a Tanith Lee vibe, which is a good thing if you ask me.
