There are only three stories in this volume, but that makes sense as it includes the only novel _The Hour of the Dragon_; however, with only three tales, it seems more lavishly illustrated.

I enjoyed this reading of “People of the Black Circle” more so than in the past.

_The Hour of the Dragon_ is like a whirlwind tour of all of Hyboria. It occurred to me that if someone had never read Conan and was curious about his world, it would not be a poor place to start.
