"Sisters of the Spear" brings together tales of heroic Black Women as leaders, warriors, rulers, users of magic and more. Each story is unique in it's own way and I'm sure readers will find their favourites among the collection. This work demonstrates just how creative writers in this genre continue to be and nicely complements "Griots: A Sword and Soul Anthology".
