If you have time, we recommend you read Kendi's earlier book, Stamped from the Beginning, that provides the expansive research which informs How to Be an Antiracist. It's 800 pages of intellectual history of racism (the speeches, "scientific" theories and writings that supported racism and antiracism) but still very accessible.

A powerful enlightening work. A must-read for every American who cares about the fulfillment of the ideals of our nation's founders, that all men are created equal.
