I found this to be mildly interesting and entertaining. Some of the stories about the women authors, especially the ones near the beginning of the book, really surprised me. Many of them were publishing books or stories as children or teenagers. That's quite the accomplishment!

A very useful reference work, but sometimes too glib, and not terribly entertaining, or memorable, on its own. Still, great if you want to find more feminist horror.
