Too many cooks...
Books written by more than one author rarely work, and this falls short because of its own deceit. There is some good writing in here (notable Warren Ellis's contribution - but then I'm a fan), but there is a lot of bad writing, often used to quickly move the plot along, which gets more and more confused by the end. I like the idea, but this didn't work of me. ...more
