This book can simply change your life. It's an excellent read with easy to apply information. Being an Empath myself this book has brought me a lot of awareness of who I am as well as how to maximize my strengths. Dyer gives the reader simple ways to use your heightened sensitivity as a gift, allowing it contribute to you instead of drain you. Wonderful read I loved every minute of it!
