I wasn’t a fan of this one.
It felt very choppy to me.
I didn’t like the puppets and I absolutely couldn’t stand Louise’s wishy-washy emotions.

I was a little hesitant to read this because horror isn’t my jam but I did it for a book club. I loved this! I gave it four stars because I did have some qualms with it, but overall I enjoyed it.
I think Grady Hendrix’s writing is top tier. I loved the familial drama and the trauma bond between these two siblings. I loved the humor, I loved the gore, I loved the bizarre backstory and I was HOOKED.
