I’m trying so hard to figure out the point or the message that this novel was trying to make and the message is just as muddy as can be. Everything about this book or story contradicts itself.

I can't believe that I let this book sit on my bookshelf for as long as I did. This is incredibly well written, has a spectacular narrative, and serves as a witchy alternative reality that mirrors the sad state of the modern woman's world.
