The book "Light in August" is well written and flows quite nicely. William Faulkner was an author I thought would intimidate and challenge me. I attempted "As I Lay Dying" a couple times with no interest and had mild confusion and gave up. For anyone who wants to read Faulkner, I highly recommend starting this book first. The Book is filled with lonely, determined and scorned Characters.
