I have read "Huckleberry Finn"over 15 times. I know what's coming and yet it still makes me laugh-out-loud more than any book I have ever read. But what makes the book a classic is not the humor. And to contemporary readers, seeing white-trash Huck throw about the "N" word makes us cringe... though it was just a colloquial for slave back then.
