Tra tutte le (poche) cose che ho letto di Dick quella che forse ho trovato scritta meglio. Appassionante e inquietante racconto, un futuro cupo scritto ormai diversi anni fa ma che non ho trovato "invecchiato". Adesso mi tocca rivedere pure il film.

I am apparently one of the view people who has never watched 'Blade Runner' and read the book.
This is the second book that I've read from this author and I 'A scanner darkly' didn't really impress me, so I didn't have particularly high expectations for this. Happy to say that I really enjoyed this one.
It is a smart book. On what makes one human, on cruelty and absurdity. It is odd but not for it's own sake but to convey something.

Very odd mix. Half thought provoking, half ludicrous.
I haven't watched the movie, so I read this without any sort of bias, or at least any bias based on the movie adaptation. However, I found it to be quite good and I was hooked on it most of the way. Only problem I personally had was the religious part but I never was really much fond of religious debates.

To be honest, it was a bit disappointing. I will say the concepts are great though there still feels like holes in my need for thorough explanations.
